I know this might sound odd to some people, but I absolutely love building networks. That said nothing give me more of a feeling of accomplishment than building capacity in a network and transferring that first file. Below is a graph of an interface I moved from 1.5MBPS to a gigabit fiberoptic. This link alone has allowed our district of 2000+ computers to never worry about bandwidth.
